Port administration takes up a considerable share of an owner's time: berth contracts, port calls, paperwork, dealings with harbour offices. We handle it along the whole coastline, from Toulon to Sanremo. Berth booking in high season, port call preparation, coordination with port authorities and handling of formalities: your port call is arranged in advance rather than in haste. Our established relationships with Riviera marinas help secure berths when availability is tight.

Between June and September the ports of the French Riviera are full, and berths free up at the last moment, often for a matter of hours. Securing a place in the right spot at the right time owes less to luck than to relationships maintained with harbour offices throughout the year. That is the heart of our port management service.
Berth booking
We reserve your port calls in advance and monitor cancellations for late requests. The choice of berth takes account of draught, overall length, prevailing wind direction and the port’s exposure to swell: two neighbouring places do not offer the same comfort in an established mistral.
Port call preparation
Ahead of each arrival we confirm the berth, advise the harbour office of your estimated time, arrange mooring assistance where needed, and check the availability of water and shore power at the pontoon. Administrative formalities, harbour dues and ship’s papers are prepared beforehand.
Where we operate
We cover the coast daily from Cannes to Monaco — Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Antibes, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Menton — and prepare port calls further afield by arrangement, notably towards Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Hyères and the Italian Riviera.
